Healy Awards – COVID-19 Update

Dear Customers:

In support of the nationโ€™s efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19, Healy Awards will temporarily close our offices, starting tomorrow March 20th. We are tentatively planning to reopen on Monday, April 6th.ย 

While we are closed, our Customer Service Team and Art Department will be working remotely to provide you with any quotes or artwork requests. It is best to reach out to the Customer Service Team Member you typically work with, or to email us at sales@healyawards.com. If you need to call us, please call 262/255-7770 and our receptionist will direct you to our Customer Service team. We look forward to working with you!

For any orders in production, we apologize for any delays this will cause. We plan to operate a limited production schedule with only 1-2 employees per day in order to have orders ready to ship when we return on April 6th. We will keep you updated with more information regarding your orders as soon as we can.

We realize the impact a closure can have on our employees and customers, and this is not a decision we made lightly. To help alleviate challenges during this temporary closure, we will be providing full pay and benefits during this two-week time frame for all employees.

Our company has always done whatโ€™s right for the safety and well-being of our employees. We look forward to re-opening our home office and serving you again soon.ย
